I Love Chilli.

Freshly pounded chilli, mixed with garlic, onions, sugar and salt. Tossed in deep fried fish. Homemade heaven.

A totally random thought, but it reminds me of my new hair colour red. It is however fading off after a month now. :(

    Sherxr: Yay! Hmmm nope there were no dried shrimp added to it so I guess it isn’t sambal belachan.

    Fiona: Yup it’s so fab! Just cook up whatever you have (fried prawns/fish/chicken) and add the chilli last and toss. Mmmmm…
