Call me a person that’s full of pride, it doesn’t matter. I simply refuse to use even Betty Crocker’s delicious cake mix when baking. The only time I’ve used it is when I had to bake numerous cupcakes for my friend’s birthday. It’ll simply take too much time to bake large batches of cupcakes in my tiny oven.
Nothing really beats measuring the correct amount of ingredients and mixing things up using different methods. Nothing really beats seeing the end product of my very own creation come to life, knowing full well that every credit goes to me.
I’m pretty sure I ain’t the only baker around who feels this way! 🙂
p/s: My camera lens broke today (Fuji Finepix F31) 😦 It isn’t worth getting it repaired. Any camera (similar to the amazing F31 specifications) to recommend?

I’m flying back to Atlanta tomorrow: after that I have an medical procedure on my knee on Monday: so I’m likely to be doped up and out of it for a few days.
I’ll be drugged out of whack for a while. I don’t do anaesthesia too well.

Hur what? A wonderful Food blogger CafeFernando recommended Canon IS900. He’s using a top of the range Canon camera for his delicious Food pics. Think it’s priced from $2000 onwards. Not sure. I want a camera!!! My current camera only has 2 MP. So pathetic… 😦

Sherxr: I’m for sure going to get a professional camera one day, after I’ve attended a proper photography course. I’ve settled on a Canon Ixus 860IS, which is the Powershot SD 870 that brendan had recommended. 🙂 It has great reviews! Hey…a 2mp camera can do great things too. 😀 Bug your fiance for new one! ;P

Yeah I love my 2MP Nikon. Only on sunny days. So if anyone sees ugly pictures on my blog. I can blame my camera! Hahahahaha I had it for 5 years. 🙂 My dear old Nikon.
