The Coffee Connoisseur’s (TCC) Pumpkin Cheesecake.

My dear friend Yixiao; who’s a fellow food blogger, so kindly shared her TCC Pumpkin Cheesecake with me yesterday. It was my second last class (ever) in SMU

The cake was so soft, moist, and it melted in my mouth. Its sweetness comes from the pumpkin’s natural sugar and it felt so good sitting on my tongue. Mmmmm…I want to attempt to bake this in 2 weeks after my exams!
