There’s not much I can say in this post but…eating this was like heaven on earth. I love the combination of fresh and sweet mangos and slightly savoury sticky rice. Mmmm…

nadnut: Heeee me too. I didn’t get to try the bird’s nest when I was in bangkok the other time. Glad that my then-boyfriend chose this over bird’s nest when he went to order, yum! 😛

My mum loves this dish.. her favourite fruit is Mango. This reminds me of home so much 😦

Here’s a suggestion if you don’t have mango – use vanilla ice cream instead and drizzle honey on top…it’s amazing!
